FD 2000 Sealer
The AutoSeal® FD 2000 folder/sealer is a powerful desktop model designed to process your pressure sensitive self-mailers. An easy to use touch-pad control panel and three roller feed system makes this product both practical and dependable. Up to 150 forms can be loaded in the hopper and processed at speeds up to 7,000 per hour. The FD 2000 also comes with an optional fully enclosed cabinet for storage and a conveyor with photo-eye for neat and sequential stacking of processed forms.

FD 2030 Sealer
The FD 2030 AutoSeal® desktop pressure sealer provides a reliable and compact solution for processing pressure sensitive self-mailers. Standard features include a six-digit counter, jog control, fault detection, L.E.D. indicators and an operator friendly touch-pad control panel. Up to 225 forms can be loaded in the feeder and processed at speeds up to 9,000 per hour. All of these features make the FD 2030 the perfect solution for streamlining your post processing. The FD 2030 is also available with an optional fully enclosed cabinet for storage, and a choice of two conveyors with photo-eye for neat and sequential stacking of processed forms.

FD 2052 Sealer
The AutoSeal FD 2052 is a fully automatic pressure sealer which provides the ultimate solution for processing pressure sensitive self-mailers. Designed with ease of operation and efficiency in mind, the FD 2052 automatically detects and adjusts for 11” and 14” paper sizes and is pre-programmed for three popular folds: “Z”, “C” and Half. The FD 2052 also has the ability to store up to nine custom fold settings with the simple touch of a button. The feed hopper can hold up to 350 forms which are processed at speeds up to 11,000 per hour. These features combine to make the FD 2052 an ideal solution for streamlining your post processing. Options include a fully enclosed cabinet for storage, an 18” or 4’ high-capacity conveyor with photo eye for sequential stacking of processed forms, and a 400 Series Jogger to align forms for proper feeding.
